A memoir/collection of essays from William Ridley. This book cover makes me happy. You can almost hear the cicadas.
The piece I’m always most proud of is the piece I am currently working on. At the time of uploading this sample a final decision hadn’t been made on whether or not this will be the final cover for this title. . . and even if it isn’t picked I like it. UPDATE: it was picked and used on as a catalog cover.
A cover concept for a marketing strategy booklet. Not the design the client picked, but my favorite.
This prayer card was inspired by my son. He plays soccer for the local Catholic parish and before every game they would read a boring old prayer. So I designed a prayer card—and in a rare turn of events wrote the prayer on the back.
I love working on calendars, and the school planners from Bayard are an excelent chance to work on a complex project. These are the covers for the 2016-17 school year.
Some projects, and clients, grow close to your heart. That was the case with this novel cover for Denise Micka. It was a fun project and I’m incredibly proud of the finished product.
